ALIBE HAMACHER | Founder & CEO

A public affairs professional with experience in nonprofit management, corporate communications, marketing, fundraising, strategic partnership development, event management, and research. Her expertise includes global sustainability alignment, human rights and children's rights, interfaith relations, diversity and inclusion, cultural awareness, multilateralism, policy analysis, and criminal justice.

At the beginning of her career, through the work with IFMCCADI, a New York-based NGO, many executive leaders and professionals recognized her exceptional ability to create innovative, effective programs while forging strategic alliances. So before the COVID-19 pandemic, she created her consultancy, Innovative Global Advisement, where she began advising clients on how to most effectively advance their mission, by sharing her knowledge and expertise on nonprofit management, the UN Agenda 2030 and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The same expertise led her to develop her YouTube Channel, "Alibe's Sustainable World," to inform audiences about sustainability practices in a simple and non-political way. Her work has inspired many, as she continues to develop more episodes that focus on all topics related to sustainable living and instill hope for a better future.

In 2022, she became a consulting adviser to the nonprofit Arigatou International (AI), N.Y. She served as Chief Partnership and Development Officer and Liaison to the United Nations. Headquartered in Tokyo and with offices in Geneva, Nairobi, and New York City, AI develops multi-stakeholder initiatives to ensure that all children are treated with dignity and their rights are respected and protected. The network engages religious leaders, faith communities, international agencies, civil society organizations, governments, and academia in over 80 countries. They also maintain deep relations with the United Nations under its special consultative status through the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Thanks to Ms. Hamacher's efforts, the organization obtained an additional affiliation with the United Nations Department of Global Communications (UNDGC).

As she advances in her career, she continues helping communities in need by advocating for human and children's rights, promoting freedom of the press, and mentoring young people so they can either go back to school or find their way in college. In part, this is why she became an advisor to the Board of Trustees at the Pan American Development Foundation, an affiliate of the Organization of American States and the largest nonprofit development organization in the Americas. And most recently, she joined the Rotary Club of Mission, TX, where she serves as the Public Image Chair. In addition for the past year Ms. Hamacher has been working with University of Texas Rio Grande Valley students to develop the "Stand Together for Children" project. Under her guidance as the Executive Producer, they meet and collaborate to create different aspects of the project, focusing primarily on children on the move.

A native of Chile, but a global citizen at heart, she has traveled across continents, experienced many cultures, and learned about the need to address global issues through multilateral approaches. Working with local and international NGOs at the United Nations allows her to better understand the needs and struggles of civil society organizations, the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and the value they bring to communities globally.
